I thought the movie was "enjoyable". It was fun, but very clumsy. The entire appeal of the film was nostalgia for people like me who grew up watching the first 3 films. Shia LeBouf doesn't really bother me.
I didn't like how some of the scenes were shot on such an obvious, almost Ed Wood-ian ridiculous sound stage.

Other than that, I thought he did an OK job. Brace yourself, though: Lucas has already floated a trial balloon about an "Indy V" with Shia in the lead role and Harrison Ford in a supporting role like Sean Connery in Last Crusade.
