It's called standards. And the generations that came before us, worked, fought, and died, to have those standrds.

That would not happen in the US. First, we have requirements regarding min. wage. Second, we would just send the job overseas.
Lastly, "we" also fought and died to ensure that even "Sancho" earned a decent living wage and was treated with dignity and respect. That's the American way.
