Default George Bush looses deadly virus on Venezuela?

The daily newspaper in the Venezuelan city of Maracaibo, El Panorama, is reporting a claim from an immunologist who practices at a local hospital, as well as teaching semiology in the state's public university system. According to Nancy Gonzalez, she has found a viral strain (article from El Panorama currently available here) mutated from "dengue," a mosquito born illness of which there have been several outbreaks over the past decades in Venezuela, which bears characteristics similar to those used in chemical/biological warfare.

At the same time, YVKE AM, a radio station owned by the national government's "Ministry of Popular Power for Communication and Information" is running an article on its website that details how recently declassified CIA documents allegedly confirm that the United States used the "dengue" virus as part of a chemical/biological attack on Cuba in 1981.

Semiology:

Was it a thought virus.

If not that's a pretty weird accusation, if there's no truth to it.
