No. Not an implosion. The government there will not allow that to happen. Possibly more anarchy and lawlessness before the government uses martial law and force over the people. This is when things will get worse for Pakistan.

Karachi has often been in the grip of such violence, specially between various ethnic groups. This is not a new phenom, allbeit this time its because of a leader's murder. The local party that often controls government there is made up of Muslims who emigrated to the newly-formed Pakistan from India's bifurcation in 1947. The "local" Muslims never got along with these newcomers and thus all the fights.
I don't think the nukes are about to fall in the hands of some anti-American mullah. They're safe and secure within Pakistani military's command. Unless there is a coup and a rabidly-Muslim general takes over, you don't have to worry about such violence there. I don't know how else to put it. There is probably more "lose nukes" in FSU.
