Maybe that's why Al Quaida(sp) didn't stick it's roots into the southern part of Iraq! |

“I look at it and see it is actually an affirmation that there are parts of Iraq where things are going pretty well,” Vice President Cheney told ABC News. Tony Snow added: “The fact that [the British] have made some progress on the ground is going to enable them to move some of the forces out, and that’s ultimately the kind of thing that we want to be able to see throughout Iraq.” Since they are so effective, maybe those British troops will join our surge? |

This whole episode shows one of the worst things about the anti-war movement. They have caused such a ruckus that even when success is achieved and troops can leave, it looks like retreat. Which is very helpful to Muslim terrorists.
Southern Iraq doesn't have problems. Baghdad and al Anbar [sic] province do. |

What success? The United States is destablitizing the region and they're trying to play it off as keeping us safe from terrorist. When are their doing is ensuring that my kids and their kids are going to be fighting some wore that some puppet president started. Since you seem to co-sign with the war. Would you mind point out how the United States is safer? Also, last time I checked, it seemed that the new Iraqi gov. is just as bad as when Sadam was in control and more than likely it will get worst. |
