Is a woman who has sex with other women but thinks of herself as straight really a lesbian? Sexual behavior and identity are different things, and sometimes in conflict. Wikipedia sums it up nicely:

Yes...in denial.

By default, if you engage in the act, you have the desire, unless you are coerced. That covers the first two. And the third is silly. If you don't hang out with others that aren't in denial, you aren't one?

Honestly, WWD I was more thinking in the line of the reason you are doing it. As a for instance "Getting paid". So, if I am Jenna Jamison, and I get with whoever the latest chick porn star is after work I would probably be Bi.

Now if I'm getting paid double and the other girl gets paid double for the act of it without the fullfillment then you're not a lesbian. Actually, we need a lesbian to tell us exactly how it is.

This makes my head hurt. LOL You know what I mean? I have enough trouble with men bugging me let alone dating my girlfriends. Thanks for the definition though. When my gentleman friend suggests such I'll pull that wikipedia out.

Prayers by the way for those suffering from the pain of HIV, and AIDs and for their loved ones. That's most important.

Hey, it's a known fact that the three groups at highest risk of getting and transmitting AIDS are intravenous drug users, prostitutes, and gay men. Quite frankly I'm not sure how to stop any of the three groups. However, if they continue their reckless behavior they'll stop themselves - through extinction.

Let me go out on a limb here - remember when the Avian flu virus was making all the news? There was talk about quarantines, pulling people off of flights who had flu-like symptoms, etc. Well if this AIDS epidemic gets any worse, do you think they'll begin to quarantine druggies, prostitutes, and gay men? Perhaps under the guise of national security?

Why even go so far to quarantine. AIDS is preventable, use condoms and use clean needles. If people can't make responsible decisions then they can expect bad things to happen to them. It's ironic how the top cause of death and the ones that can be prevented.
