Summary
The Membership Services Assistant reports to the Membership Service Manager and manages all aspects of health insurance-related sales and services and supports the Membership Service Manager in the delivery of other member benefits. The Membership Services Assistant is the primary member contact for all insurance-related inquiries and seeks to increase members' participation in the Cultural Alliance's health and dental insurance programs, thus increasing the value of membership and likelihood of renewal. By maximizing participation in the health insurance program, the Membership Assistant also helps to develop new earned income for the Alliance. Primary Responsibilities
