What is happening to the Trash Cans in the Parks??
frankford and solly at the park entrance, the can was removed. WHY? Winchester and Rhawn Missing ???? Rhawn & Holmhurst ?? Strahl & Horrocks?? Crispen Ball fields every oather can ?? Thats ok because of the center island is a good trash can.

Is someone stealing them???? I know FP does not like to empty cans because people bring there trash from home and load up the cans.

Pine Road is OK some important people live there.

Its ok because VOLUNTEERS clean up.

Should the Police Neighborhood Services start checking the Trash cans and write tickets?? Park Rangers when available..

Wawa trash have been removed too outside in front of stores!
I not know why I was at a wawa a couple weeks ago no can out in front and trash blowing all over the place makes sence!

The WaWa stores have allways been a good neighbor. What sore or stores have removed there trash cans?
