Has anyone heard anything recently about the construction of townhouse apartments on City Ave & Conshohocken Rd? I saw this on the news a few months back but nothing recently? Kind of wish new homes for sale could be constructed, but seems like the only new development that happens is geared towards condos and apartments.

CONDOS. there have been two major new apt bldg's...Lofts 640 and st. james....st. james went condo. meanwhile many apt bldg's have gone condo.
