This is significantly along. I believe they are still pouring concrete.

At least they filled in the Grand Canyon that ran across Chestnut.

Look Good. With the planned housing on Hill Field across the street we may have a new "Intersection" in University City.

The phillyskyline website has a photo (from what I assume was Penn Relay weekend):

Last one on the page, looking east down Chestnut.

If I'm not mistaken this is going to be rentals, same as Hub.

Correct. I haven't seen any ads for this project, but move-in date is still quite a long ways away.

Construction seems to be moving along though. I think they are pouring the slab for the 5th or 6th floor now. The footprint of this building is absolutely humungous. It will really do wonders for that corner of 34th & Chestnut.

Yes it will greatly increase foot traffic to the area having residential and commercial. I am curious to see where they are planning to put the new dorm on Hill Field. I am kind of annoyed that they are taking away more green space. I would rather them build the new dorm on the opposite side Chestnut Street (north side) between 33rd and 34th where there currently is a parking lot instead of taking away from Hill Field.

Default Pricing and size

I read units will be $1500-$3000 / month and run approx. 1104 sqft. If anyone can confirm or provide specifics it would be appreciated.
