they do dit all the time for adult communities, why not to keep undergrads out? I'd be more likely to rent there afterhearing this. I didn't want to live witha bunch of undergrads.

I did some looking on my own, and I had no idea that PA state law is written specifically to protect against age discrimination for those 40 or older. Nevermind my earlier post. As sick as I find this, it certainly appears to be legal.

So skimming through the posts. Fatburger, Chipotle(fingers crossed), Wachovia Bank, and I saw today that Eastern Mountain Sports is going in the space fronting both 34th + Chestnut.

Fatburger-bank-Chipotle. Yes I will never have to vacate that block in my entire life.

Yep. They've already started a moving sale at the 36th Street location. I think the sign said 15% off.

Woah there. Is this confirmed? I just went to the Chipotle website and could find anything (albiet there was nothing at all on future locations). This would be an absolute dream--my wife and I could have Chipotle every night. If it comes to 34th and and Chestnut I could pick it up on my way home from work. Please let this be true.

P.S. FYI I'm a major foodie and am almost universally opposed to chains. I support local establishments above all WHEN they provide good food. Unfortunately most of the local quick-dining places in my neighborhood serve either pizza or cheesesteaks. In the absence of a local, good burritto place, (sort of like Machismo in Manayunk), Chipotle is the kind of chain I will gladly promote.
