I'm a huge fan of public art, but this seems a bit overscaled. If it remains in its current location, it seemingly blocks the entrance to the courtyard. I look forward to the final product so I can make a better judgment.

$1800/mo for 791 sq. feet? I could live in Manhattan for that much... (well, not quite, but it's really expensive)

more ridiculous than the 1,800 starting rent is that it does not include parking. Every other Hanover Property that I have ever seen has included a parking spot with the unit, sometimes two parking spots in a covered garage. If Domus didn't charge $100 a month for parking, I would consider signing a lease on the spot but the extra $100 a month just seems absurd when you are already paying nearly 2,000 a month for a 790 sq foot apartment.

Hanover, can we expect any sort of move-in special at all, especially considering the fact that we'd be leasing a property we've never seen before? I am incredibly excited about Domus and would love to sign a lease....

Default Wow!

I was really considering moving to Domus (even though it would require me to downsize to a courtyard view and lose my upper floor city view at the nicest complex in University City). $1800 is pricey when compared to Left Bank or River Lofts. But if you are also saying that it doesn't even include parking, that is crazy!!!

I am also interested if Hanover wll run any special deals for a long-term lease (1 year or more than a year) or for leasing site unseen. I would love love to move there, but I would want some sort of deal.

Let me see.......$1800 a month for a tiny ass 700sqft hole.
That comes out to........$21,600 a year for a tiny ass 700sqft hole.

Plus another $35,000 for Penn tuition.

That's $56,000 a year, NOT inlcuding money for food, electricity, gas,
cool clothes, alchohol and weed.

Must be nice freeload off of mommy and daddy.

$21,600 for a 700sqft hole.

Plus $31,000 for law school tuition and $35,000 for medschool tuition.

That sucks. An 1/8 of the green stuff is like $35.
$35 a week X 4 weeks= $140.
4 weeks x 12 months= $1,680.

So you figure you need $73,400 a year just to get by.
