I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for contractors for (1) windows and (2) sealing/pointing water leaking in the basement? Basically our basement somewhat floods everytime it rains (it empties back out reasonably quickly out the drain) .. If anyone has had this sort of repair done and been happy w/ it, recs would be much appreciated.. W/ windows i've gotten oregon windows, window wizards, home despot and a few others.. i'm leaning towards home depot right now.

For windows, I've appreciated the good work of Brad King at King Tu on Woodland and 48th. His number is (215) 727-7610. He gave a precise estimate, did good work in the time frame that he said he would, and was very responsive. He had been recommended by some other people, and I'm glad to pass his name along. He put in a basement window for us.
