Nooo!!! These guys are wasting their time saving three dumpy bldg's near rittenhouse while the school district may be tearing down what is arguably the single most significant building in west philadelphia on par with memorial hall.

I had thought the enterprise center property is on the south side west of farragut on market (where all the ambulances are stored). Over the last few weeks there has a been a crane there and construction starting up. I'm a bit curious as to whether the new enterprise center building is coming up over there or whether it is something else aka the juvenile detention center or one of the things mentioned in this thread.

In the article in this thread Jannie Blackwel says the new YGC is a possibility there but not definite. Earlier articles have suggested since te Barnes move was announced that it almost definitely was going to the Provident site.
The cranes you saw were in the ambulance parking lot a few doors down from teh dorner of Faragut andand Market or were they El construction stuff right at the SE corner of Faragut and Market?

If it is the Enterprise Heights project I am excited because it is a very ambitious project and a visionary development for the Market St. corridor.
