Default street tree contractor in university city

has anyone planted a tree in university city? i understand that the city will plant a street tree if you go on their waiting list. or if you're impatient (like me) you can hire someone to plant a tree. however, the city requires that you use a "certified tree contractor" from their list of contractors. has anyone actually worked with one and planted a tree? anyone you would recommend? thanks!

Default UC GReen is a great resourse

Amanda benner and UC Green have been a great resource for helping our block get organized to replace about 10 trees we lost. She would be very helpful with your project.
