Default New location for Blue Nile Falls restaurant

The Blue Nile Falls restaurant that started out at 52nd and Webster has a new spot where the Blue Nile Cafe used to be near 45th and Baltimore. I stopped by after an event at Studio 34 tonight and they were telling me they'll be open tomorrow. If that's so, I'm having dinner there. Can't wait to see the place in it's new digs!

Seems like great news for my new favorite Ethiopian restaurant in the neighborhood.

Dropped by again tonight, but they weren't open yet like they thought they would. Still some some remaining work to be done though it looks they're actively working at it. Hopefully they won't have to deal with any code issues as the building was a restaurant in it's past incarnations. They did say that they're shooting for a Tuesday opening, so I'll check back then. Can't wait!

And you wouldn't happen to know what's going on with the People's Market that seems to have closed recently?

You have never dealt with L&I or the Helath Department directly have you? Expect delays.

Yeah, great news unless it's moving from your block to 8 blocks away! boooo!

I'll still go there though. Their food and hospitality are fantastic.
