Saw a sign at the post office today. 30th street po windows moving across the street.

I wonder if the old lobby will be open to the public under the IRS?

U Penn now owns the building. I thought part of the agreement was that USPS would continue to run a PO out of the public part of the building.

That was only the original plan.
