Default Found. Thank you!!!

I just got home to find that my cat has gotten out in the last 24 hours. She is a very skittish tabby cat and her name is Isis. If you see her, PLEASE, PLEASE call me at 917.621.6009. She is my baby and I am absolutely heartbroken.

Oh Noes! I will keep my eyes peeled. I'm sure she didn't go far, Tessa seemed to stick really closeby. I spent a lot of time on my porch going pss pss pss, and circling the neighborhood...

It might sound weird, but jingling you keys as you walk around looking for her might help. My cats know that sound well.

good luck!

Default close to home

I read a book a while ago about a pet detective. She said that cats almost always stay on their property and hide when their owners think they have run away. Try looking under things like porches, bushes, cars, etc., right near your house. You could always try putting out a have-a-heart trap with some food in it because she will eventually get hungry. I hope you find her. It is one of my greatest fears that my cat will run out the front door and not come back in!

I did find her - at two AM this morning. She came up on my front porch and started howling. She is pretty shaken up, but she is okay.

Thank you all so much for your kind thoughts!!!!!
