Today is South African Freedom Day, my neighbors have been partying hard all day long. It sounds (and smells, based on the scents wafting over from their kitchen) like a really good time. I've heard a couple of what sound like National songs being played and sung to, however, I thought my neighbors told me they were Liberian so I'm wondering if Liberia shares this holiday with South Africa or if there is some other Liberian holiday today as well. Or if my memory/recall is really that bad and I have their heritage entirely wrong, in which case, I'm a big dummy.

At any rate, it sounds like an awesome celebration.
