I've been there a few times since the switch and know one of their employees. Yes, a new owner. I don't drink coffee myself, but I hear what they're serving is very good. I like their fridges of drinks and dairy, and I like that they re-painted the deck and added some furniture. I believe they are "soft" opened right now and that their big grand opening is this weekend, so if you're a coffee drinker you should check it out.
