Default Mmmm...Dock Street brewing beer.

I love it when Dock Street is brewing beer with the lids to the tanks open. They were cooking up a new Maple Porter last night and the place smelled amazing.

Do you know when it's coming on tap?

I know exactly what you mean. the other day I was walking my dog south on 50th as they were brewing and I had to stop under the exhaust fan and just take a few deep breaths. I know, I'm kind of obsessed. I love the smell of wort.

god to hear that they're finally brewing the Maple Porter. I've been looking forward to that one for about a year now!

Yeah, I was thinking of fishing some of the leftover mash out of the dumpster to use as potpourri back in my kitchen.

The Maple Porter will supposedly be out next week. I tried to ask for it last night.

I convinced a friend who entered the library to go with me to the place. It was so last minute and so funny. "I came to the library so that I could eat great beer and pizza at the last minute."

That's good to hear. I was there last night and tried the Bohemian Pilsner for the first time. That's a great beer, too.

I don't normally care for Pilsners but the Bohemian on draft is pretty tasty. I love how the dude puts loads of hops in EVERYTHING!

was in there last night and the Winter Warmer kicked (again!) as welll as the Imp Oatmeal Stout. so now there's two empty kegs waiting to be replaced! oh I can't wait to be pouring pints of Maple Porter down my throat. and I imagine the Double Wit is next in line as well.

Yeah, I love hoppy beers. Their Rye IPA (I think it's an IPA) is really hoppy and very good. Sounds like that one hasn't kicked yet.
