Hi all, Sorry to post the generic post, but I have a friend who is looking to move out there. It's a small street called N. Wilton? It's on the corner of 52nd and Arch I think. He is looking to buy something to live in, not exactly sure what the asking price is though. Your thoughts?

My long-time contractor lives on the 300 block of N. Wilton and has for many years. Aside from an occasional car break-in, he reports no problems. Remember the old saying about Philadelphia: it's block by block.

I would say No Way.
Very high drug area with alot of gun violence.
