Dr. Cycles now open in Powelton
Dr. Cycles is now open in powelton village on lancaster ave. a few doors down from Zocolo. It's a small operation. just one guy in a small white room. He's not selling anything, just fixing bikes. Wheel truing: $15, Tune up: $40.
