campusfood is one of the reasons i hate thinking about leaving UC.

Allegro's tomato pie w/ spinach is the very best. If only they had WW crust I would be in heaven.

in powelton there are two great places for pizza:

powelton pizza for thin crust
mad greeks for thick crust

both are excellent, it just depends on what you like/are in the mood for that day

I can't say that I have found the perfect place for pizza in Powelton. I've had Powelton Pizza, but honestly can't say that it was the ideal pizza for me. I'll have to try Mad Greeks. We usually go for California. I enjoy their sauce, although their pizza tends to be overly greasy. Everyone I talk to gives a different opinion though...so who knows!

Allegro gets my vote. Good thing it is just a little too far to walk there on my lunch hour or I'd have some serious cholesterol/excess poundage issues.

Archeologist have you taken your FI to Gianna's?
giannasgrille.com. A zillion vegan pizza, cheesesteak, nachos, cheese fries that will not cause dairy problems. Great selection of vegan desserts too. They have expanded their menu and the website isn't updated yet, but it will give you an idea of what they have. Meaty food too.

mmm...Gianna's. Now I am fantasizing about that blueberry cheesecake they have.

Allegro pizza is good if you eat it in for some reason, but its
terrible delivered. Bland and tastes like cardboard.

Their tomato pie however is excellent, their salads/sammiches
are good, and delivery is fast and efficient.

Campus pizza and powelton pizza are both good, although
campus pizza usually takes over an hour to deliver to my neighborhood,
and i'm pretty sure powelton doesnt deliver here at all.

Most of the pizza that will ship to my apt. is terrible.
