Question Where are Cheap, Reliable Storage Units ?

Hey! New to the phillyblog ways, but I thought I'd give this a shot. I'm a student at Penn and a few friends and I are interested in finding a quality storage unit place that would be super cheap and at least somewhere near the 19104 zipcode. I've done a little online research but prices are a bit vague, and i'm sure they crank up the prices before the summer when many temple/drexel/penn students are doing this. What is a fair storage unit price for Philadelphia? We have limited access to a vehicle, so if all the good deals are more towards a different part of philly, we could probably manage that.

Thanks!!

Best price I found was $50/month for a 10x10 (or 20x10?). 5th & Callowhill.

Don't know of any storage in 19104. There's a storage place near Belmont Ave (44th St) & Parkside, but I don't know how much it costs.

Also don't know about reliability. The only place I've actually used was the U-Haul near Roosevelt Blvd & Rhawn, which is pretty expensive and far from here. Never had any trouble there, though.

There is a UHaul storage facility with elevators at 63rd and Market (actually just across Cobbs Creek into DelCo but that's nearest intersection and El stop) that is pretty convenient to public transpo if you suspect that you will be stopping by the storage facilty to drop off/ pick-up one thing occasionally. Is that place where Chester and Woodland split still a storage facilty? I thought they converted to office space, plust they were ungodly expensive as I recall.
