South was Cedar (which still exists in West Philly). Arch was Mulberry and Race was Sassafrass. I wish they still had those names.
Also, 12th Street was Broad Street. This was changed after Broad was relocated to where it is now. I beleive the reason why was because Center Square (where Broad and Market meet - or don't meet as the case is) was always reserved to be the site for City Hall and the ground at present-day 12th and Market was considered unstable to hold a building of such size so they shifted it all 2 blocks west.
