go to recyclingpays.phila.gov, and look at the map, if you can distinguish where you live on it. Or call the number they give.

Yeah, if you go to that site you can look at the map to see what zone you live in (blue or green zone, I think), then look at the chart to see what dates your recycling days are. I printed out the appropriate chart, highlighted our dates, and put it up on the fridge.
