Default Tick Tock Tomb

There is a cemetery on London Tract Road in Landenberg, Chester County, that has a gravesite called "Tick Tock Tomb." There is some story that I don't fully remember about a ghost and a watch, etc., so that you are supposed to be able to hear a ticking if you stand in the right place. I went out there a couple of times in high school with a bunch of people. We scared the hell out of each other, but I don't think I ever heard the ticking. I heard that there is an underground spring and you can hear a dripping sound under the ground.

Was wondering if anyone else had heard about this. Its right next to White Clay Creek Preserve.
