Advantages of the Riverfront area
- P&S ravioli
- Harry's Seafood
- Blue Rocks Stadium - cheap fun night out
- close to train station
I'm struggling to think of anything else. I love to shop the stores/outlets at the Riverfront are awful though.

If I had to relocate to DE again I might consider the Bellfonte area. Ok, yeah I hear ya already that is close to Claymont. If your parents are not looking for a house have them check out Paladin Club. Paladin is condos / townhouses outside of the city of Wilmington. I think most of it is gated and nice clubhouse mix of people. I know a few people who live there and like it. Convenient for getting to Philly 495 -> 95 North.
