Try Soccer Post at Grant Ave & Academy Road in the far NE.
The telephone number is (215)671-9977.

Why don't you just order it online?

There's a Mexican place on the block above Pats/Genos' on 9th Street in South Philly with nothing but soccer jerseys, scarves, etc. Were very nice when I was last in. I had asked if they had Liverpool when visited a few mths back, next time I walked by a few wks later they had one I could see from the window.

Oops, I should mention I think there's probably very few if any 'authentic' jerseys but decent replicas for the buck.

There's also another place in the Italian Market, called Triple Play, located on the northeast corner of 9th and Christian. Haven't really been in there in a while, but they used to have a pretty big variety of foreign jerseys.

Nothing at that place is authentic or even a quality replica.

I've never been in Triple Play I'll have to check it out.

There is a SoccerPost near the Deptford Mall in NJ. I've been there and they seemed to have a lot, maybe more than the one in the NE.

I've never seen a Liverpool jersey on sale in PA or NJ, it's all Man Unt and Arsenal.(However, I have seen plenty being worn)

I understand the CC thing, but surely the shipping fee from a US based website wouldn't be that high?
