This is nonsense. New Castle is 60 miles away from Pittsburgh. New Castle is still a heavily industrialized area while Pittsburgh is not. New Castle is polluted because of paper mills and foundaries.
Pittsburgh is merely mentioned as a geographical reference, but it is not affected by New Castle's pollution.
