The Eagles are bushleague. They have zero championships. They are also the best run team in town.

The Eagles screwed up on Rod Hood and Derrick Burgess. I am sure there are others. Either way that doesn't make the Lito Sheppard deal good or bad. The Eagles are getting rid of Sehppard because of money. Anyone that can't see that is an idiot.

Would you consider the Cowboys bushleague since they have not even won a playoff game in now 11 years?

While I agree with you about Burgess has improved he was not traded or cut by the Eagles to the best of my memory. In an salary capped league all teams get rid of players because of money. The trick is to figure out when a player's desired salary no longer works for that team. So my point about the Eagles cuts & trades go to show you that the Eagles tend to know when not to cave into a players demands and in the case of Westbrook's extension a few years ago, when they should.

No, I just find you funny - take it as a compiment. You love to blast decisions in retrospect after the outcomes have already been determined.

As for Lito, I hope they keep him. I don't think they'll get nearly equal value if they try to trade him coming off his injury plagued season.

Default Anquan Boldin Demands to be Traded...

It appears that Anquan Boldin was promised a new contract and he has now refused to resign with the Cardinals and is demanding to be traded..
It so happens that he has the same agent that Lito now has in the one "Drew Rosenhaus".

Could it actually be beneficial to the Eagles that Rosenhaus is now Lito's agent so that maybe a trade could now be worked out to send Lito to Arizona and bring Boldin here to Philly?

Kevin Curtis and Boldin would make for a great receiving tandem.

Andy needs to make this happen.

Although I like Lito and the idea of him teaming up with Samuel and Brown to make the best trio of CB's in the league, I'd make the trade in a second!

I know I refuse to let this go, but with Reggie Brown hurting why not give Sheppard & a pick (2nd to 4th round) for Anquan?

I agree! It makes perfect sense for both teams. Sources are reporting that, much like the Bengals did with Chad Johnson, the Cardinals WILL NOT trade Boldin no matter what he says. Imagine Boldin, Curtis, R. Brown and D. Jackson. That is a very nice group of wideouts.

It figures that that year the Eagles make an effort to get a big time receiver, it's a bitch obtaining one (Cards refuse to trade either of their guys, the Lions with Williams and Moss turning down MORE MONEY to stay with the Patriots).

Default Curtis is now hurt......

With Kevin Curtis now out for an extended period of time, the Eagles NEED to try to acquire Boldin.
