Default Is Pennsylvania Still A Football Powerhouse?

PSU is having a tough run. The local schools are constantly overlooked. Where have the local college football teams gone?

Is Pennsylvania still a football state? Are we still producing good talent? Or is it simply a matter of losing our talent to other states?
