In reality, I don't know if Rendell had any more to do with it than the fervor of the Eagles' fans and their outrage over the apparent greed of one of the league's wealthiest and most beloved franchises. Do you think that greed was the motivating factor in the initial ban?

Absolutely. Plus, to use the "security issue" as an excuse is insulting to fans and belittles the actual dangers in the world.

Add to it the current water fountain issues and you have to wonder how the upper management was able to get their heads so far up their butts on so many issues.
