It is old news but I will bring it up anyway. No their trade was stupid and their eventual trade of Robinson for Mashburn/Rogers was just as stupid. At this point anyone with half a brain knows Robinson was a stiff but he only had 2 months left on his contract. The Sixers traded him for Mashburn who had 2 years and 2 months left on his deal and Rodney Rogers who had 2 months left on his deal. If you have a choice between a bunch of players who are stiffs you take the player with the shortest contract. Wake up Philadelphia. The sports writers in this town were alseep when that deal was made.
