Default Fun for kids in July (more)

Fascinating science experiments, fun games and crafts, lively singing, enlightening Bible stories and tasty treats are on the agenda at Church of the Living Saviour’s Vacation Bible School (VBS) in Roxborough. The VBS, which is free of charge, will run from Monday to Thursday for two weeks – July 14-17 and July 21-24, from 7pm to 8:30pm.
Children ages 5-12 will enjoy a varied, fun-filled curriculum in a friendly, air-conditioned setting. The science experiments will reveal truths about the created order and point to spiritual lessons of eternal significance. The games, crafts, Bible stories and other activities will also challenge, instruct and entertain participants. Italian water ice and other refreshments will round out each exciting evening.
Registration begins at 6:45pm on Monday, July 14, at the church building. Church of the Living Saviour, located at the southeast corner of Fountain and Silverwood Sts. (near Roxborough High School), is a non-denominational evangelical church in the Reformed Baptist tradition. Free parking is available in the municipal parking lot across the street.
