Default Verse of the Moment

You also took the fine jewelry I gave you, the jewelry made of my gold and silver, and you made for yourself male idols and engaged in prostitution with them.
Ezekiel 16:17 NIV

Blessed is the one who grabs your little children and smashes them against a rock.

Default this is fun...

For six days shall work be done, but on the seventh day you shall have a holy sabbath of solemn rest to the Lord; whoever does any work on it shall be put to death.
Exodus 35:2

I don't look to scripture for the answer. I just ask myself WWFSMD?

That's funny! Somehow I don't quite think the FSM could properly be called a religion though- even as popular and oft-cited as it is, it was dreamt up by some teenage tech geek agnostic as a sort of joke response to the equally laughable decision of the Kansas State School Board on the teaching of Intelligent (?) Design just a few years ago was it not?

Very interesting indeed...

Do not eat anything you find already dead. You may give it to an alien living in any of your towns and he may eat it, or you may sell it to a foreigner...

Funny, I'm pretty sure a similar argument was used before:

"I'm not sure this Christianity could be considered a religion though, despite its rapid growth lately. It was created by some bearded hippie walking in the desert with these other 12 guys as a response to the equally ridiculous teachings and practices of the Jewish and Roman religious leaders."
