I will only accept a official police or court document as proof that the situation you describe is true. Until there is it merely animal activist propaganda. If it is true, you should have no trouble finding, among your like minded friends, a copy of the police or court documents. You simply have to produce the proof and I will have no choice but to admit what you said is true. Shouldn't that be enough to motivate you to find the document I requested? Unless you have also tried to find it and failed because the story is made up.

Here is more motivation for you to find REAL proof. If you can produce the requested documents, not searches and stories published on the web or in papers, I pledge I will not only apologize to you but I will cease to eat any animal based foods (meats, dairy, eggs, et all) for a full 30 days. You now have 30 days to prove the story is true thru court and/or police records and it will lead to one more person to follow a strictly vegan diet (and maybe I'll like it so much I'll stick to it after 30 days, never know).

So even if you don't care about proving the story to me, think of the number of animals who will not suffer if I follow a strictly vegan diet for a month. That's important to you right? You need only produce one document and you can ensure less animals will suffer.

ACG, the reason why you choose to deny about animal torture and killing by Amish puppy mill owners and rape/incest cases in Amish community is because some reason it is too inconvenient for you to belive it.
Animals are nothing but tools to Amish people and not as sentient creatures who suffer.
When tool get sick or injured, they kill and have new tool.
Amish don't have emotional attachment with animals like civilized compassionate people.

1. I did not deny the story of the rape of the young woman, but to use that to slander the Amish is underhanded and low. If you look hard enough you can find at least one rape story involving every ethic group and religion. To say because that Amish woman was raped within the Amish community, the entire Amish community world wide condones rape is a BIG leap logic.

2. All types of people run puppy mills. Puppy mills are bad no matter who is running it. And for your information, it would be the worse farmer and most unsuccessful farmer who used dead puppies as fertilizer. Using any kind of raw animal matter to fertilize would only attract vermin, which in turn would eat your crops. So if that story were true, then produce supplied from Amish run farms would be minimal and poor quality. Neither of which are true.

3. It is very simple for you to prove the story of Tammy is true. Show the court/police documentation. These are publicly available documents. I continually ask for simple proof and have said I will apologize and follow a strictly vegan diet for a full 30 days in exchange for this proof. What do you do? Provide the proof? No. You make personal attacks on me. You have the opportunity to personally change one person's mind and to influence me to follow what you consider to be a much better way of life by providing one piece of paper.
