Default Merry Christmas from Houston, TX

A very merry Christmas and a safe holiday season to all.

I made the trip down to H-town...its in the 50s and 60s here, very nice weather, though I totally don't mind a white Christmas... snow ball's chance in hell that'll happen here anytime soon.

You all have a merry time...drink one for me if that helps!

Merry Christmas, phillyaggie! And to everybody else.

It's about 40 here, but it's 9pm so not too bad (so far).

hey Becky! hopefully you're having a good time.

My sister decided in the morning it was Festivus time... time to air grievances with my dad...so i guess we celebrated Festivus. But we didn't do the whole Feats of Strength deal. Just the Airing of Grievances

hehe

i jest, but oh well.

Do you have the Festivus Pole?

No but we can arrange that if it helps you in your Airing of Grievances.

my sister just used the aluminum foil in the kitchen. she had enough grievances, she didn't need any help from shiny metal pole object to bring out the essence of modern confrontations without the fluff.

I was in Houston about 4 hours ago. But I was in Hobby transferring planes.

And this is why you should donate to PACCA, not PETA:

In September, PETA made headlines in Vermont and across the nation for asking
Ben & Jerry's ice cream to use human breast milk in their ice cream, instead of cow milk

Well, I almost killed my mother, but my husband said that would be a bad idea, and she never knew how close I was.... It all worked out in the end and we did have a good day.

We did Festivus at work. Feats of Strength was a hula hoop contest, we had a small shower rod stuck in a flower pot as a Festivus pole, and we skipped the Airing of Grievances in deference to not pissing off the boss.

I'm really kinda startled upon knowing that people do celebrate Festivus for real (for fun). I wish they would do that at my workplace...!

Why did you almost kill your mom? Shouldn't you be doing that to your mom-in-law?!
