Default What is Liberte, a church?

I remember seeing a bunch of youngish adults at the Fairmount Bastille day festival all wearing black t shirts with Liberte (sorry I can't make the accent on my computer) and a old fasshioned looking key also enscribed on the t shirt. I thought they said they were some type of church congregation. Then just this weekend, I saw a sign on Poplar street pointing toward a church with the same emblem saying Liberte service today. Anybody know anything about this? I am curious.
