Islam is a form of government. The concept of religion as we know it doesn't exist for Islam.

Default ugh religion...

...I have always loved this quote from the Simpsons. When the Jehovas come knocking, i always say this...

Flanders is principal forbecause Skinner was expelled. Skinner's in the school secretly to make out with Mrs. Krabapple. On the PA Flanders says "Lets thank God for the wonderful morning." Flanders is Enraged and yells:
"Was that a prayer? A prayer in a PUBLIC school? God has no place within these walls, just like facts have no place within organized religion!!"

The Simpsons = Show that's gotten away with more than anything else has on Television.

On July 12, 1995, former President Bill Clinton affirmed: “Nothing in the First Amendment converts our public schools into religion-free zones, or requires all religious expression to be left behind at the schoolhouse door. While the government may not use schools to coerce the consciences of our students, or to convey official endorsement of religion, the public schools also may not discriminate against private religious expression during the school day. Religion is too important in our history and our heritage for us to keep it out of our schools...[i]t shouldn’t be demanded, but as long as it is not sponsored by school officials and doesn’t interfere with other children’s rights, it mustn’t be denied.”

You're arguing with a fictional character from a cartoon. Of course it's in support of mythical characters from a 2000 year old cult.

I am religious but I don't believe EVERYTHING in the bible.

I would love to see the responses on this board if I posted "another reason why (any specific race/sex/creed) is absurd" and used the most uneducated radical examples to prove my point. Quit blaming millions for the actions of a few.

Not so! The person who wrote the post said s/he loved the quotation (therefore identifying with it) and also entitled the same post using the words "ugh religion." That person is not fictional!

your example is moot

you cant help what race or sex you are

you can help whether or not you believe in the fairy tales of religion

Excellent.

Your religion, and every single thing it stands for is your responsibility.
