We need a good recommendation for brick repointing. Any success stories from our 'hood? Thanks!

I don't have any recommendations, but there are many bad brick repointing jobs I've seen in the neighborhood.

Therefore, I would suggest that you ask the contractors to see examples of their work and actually visit the properties.

Better yet, ask for references, visit the properties and talk with some of their customers to see if they were happy. I don't want to see more crappy repointing jobs in the neighborhood.

I'm having mine done in about two weeks, I did a good bit of research, got recomendations, and decided upon Richard Neal. He's done 1534, 1519, and 1521 Christian, as well as half of the 700 block of 18th.

Cell is 267-825-4643, check out his stuff, his prices are great, work's just about the best I've seen (second to a guy that was more than 3 times his price) and he will paint your wood work for an additional cost if you need that done.

Just wanted to update and say that we used Richard Neal. He was great - reasonable quotes, fast workers, great results, etc. Highly recommend!

Did he already do the work? That's funny, I recomended him and I'm still waiting to get mine done, I guess I'll have to give him a call and see what the delay is.

Glad your happy with it though, just wish he'd start mine soon.
