If the street crews had done their job, the neighborhood should be cleaner now than it was on Saturday night. I don't mind (too much) cleaning up the regular wind blown trash - its part of living in the neighborhood - but it shouldn't be down to us to clean up after a (profitable?) street festival. Especially in 95 degree weather. Does anyone know who we can call?

I find that the actual streets around me are clean, but the sidewalks are not... I can't wait until the rats eat all of the disgusting chicken bones that are all over the ground before my dog does... I've been holding her leash very tight, but she's quick... She almost swallowed a few, and I don't feel like making a trip to Penn Animal Hospital in the middle of the night when she chokes on one or gets an obstruction.
This happens every year, and it's just gross... I had a great time at the event... The vendors were really cool and willing to bargain... but how about having some pride in your city and your neighborhood instead of just your heritage... I guess a few people always have to ruin it for everyone else...
