What is at Broad and Bainbridge? That is where 777 South Broad is going. Where is the property he has a contract? Also what does he own at 16th and Christian?
What other builders are interested in the Bainbridge club? I think the problem they are having is that is an historic building, so re-zoning is problematic. |

16th and Christian is listed on The Artisan's webpage as phase III. I'm assuming it's the properties next to the church, and maybe a few on the north side, I know there was a listing for the RDA property closer to 17th that was clearly using the same photos as Artisan. Are you sure that Bainbridge club actually has a historic designation? I've never heard that, but I don't know where to look it up.

Last time I talked to the owner of the Bainbridge Club, he was looking forward to re-opening it once the building was stabilized - I had heard from another source that the building had been damaged by construction next door. The Bainbridge Club has a long and cultural history. I'll try and get details and share them with you.

Structurally it seems to be in awful shape. At leats the kater side is collapsing from the roof and the both street sides have to be supported by really signifigant braces. |

out of curiosity, who used to own the land? I assumed it was part of the Tindley church but never knew for sure. . . |

The builder of the Pemberton Street homes is working with Joe Williams, so he must be letting him use his new property to stage his modules.
