Finally made it to the Beauty Shop. 2 thumbs up. Its nice to be able to sit outside on a beautiful summer/almost fall day and have coffee and a bagel, with my puppy! Good luck Jon and once again welcome to the neighborhood!

trying to get back to an old thread with new news....they are doing major clean out of the space at 16th and Bainbridge, NW corner.....if I missed some PB gossip about it, or SOSNA zoning, pls forgive me. Anyone have any news?

I saw that this morning, it's exciting to see, it would be nicer to see if they had some permits.

Nothing has been before SOSNA for that location that I know of.

There is rumor of a new(ish) place opening on 16th and South...
