It was probably loaded into a car right in front of your place, limiting the number of people who might have seen it to you and your neighbor, who obviously wasn't home.

It sucks that your neighbor's home was broken into, but to assume that people are not snitching is a bit overblown.

I would bet that TV is a few doors away, that's why no one seen it walking by.

That’s a burglary, not a robbery. If the moderator doesn’t role these all into the crime thread (which she should) can she at least change the title to reflect the correct crime?
