The monthly SOSNA board meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 26, at 7 p.m. in the basement of St. Anthony' senior center at 23rd & Carpenter.
The board meetings are open meetings, and interested neighbors are welcome to attend. If you come, please be aware that it is a working board meeting, usually with a full agenda. So come and listen -- and if you want to get involved, talk with one of the Board members after the meeting... |

Dear all,
This meeting overlaps with SOSNA's general meeting, but if you don't mind leaving one a few minutes early and/or showing up at the other a few minutes late, you can do both. I certainly plan to. Here's the text of the flyer that the park folks have put together. I have a sneaking suspicion that Lolly will put the flyer on the http://www.montrosepark.org site where folks can get at it and download/copy/leaflet. I've distributed my last leaflet (a job I've always hated) and am converting to an e-mail list, but will make flyers available at our Saturday block cleanup. "Spring into your park", by the way, is scheduled for Saturday, April 26, so mark your calendars. Come One, Come All You are invited to: WHAT: Friends of Julian Abele (formerly Montrose) Park Meeting WHEN: Wednesday, 9 April 2008 6:30-7:30pm WHERE: Shiloh Baptist Church Community Room 21st & Christian Street Let’s get ready for “Spring Into the Park” and hear exciting park updates Hope to see you there – Friends of Julian Abele Park To join, e-mail: MontrosePark-subscribe@yahoogroups.com

SOSNA Board Meeting 4/30/08
Board meetings are usually at St. Anthony's Senior Center in the basement, 2300 block of Carpenter St. Does anyone have a confirmed start time and agenda? Thanks. In order for proceedings to be expedited, the public does not comment unless invited at Board Meetings, but they are still a great way to get the latest and greatest info about what is going on in SWCC. |
