Default Soul in a Bowl for sale

It seems that the former Ms Anne's Soul in a Bowl, the greasy spoon on the corner of 20th and Kater which closed a year or two ago, is now for sale.

While it's sad to see it gone for good, it could be great to have something new come in there.

Budding neighborhood entrepreneurs, here's your chance!

Also, what's the address, and what's the story behind the owner's sale now? In other words, are they really ready? They've been closed for quite a while, so why the slow turnaround? Are there liens or a dispute? Thanks.

The address is 609 S. 20th St.

I don't know the asking price. There's just a sign in the window that says "for sale by owner" with a couple of phone numbers. (I'll try to write them down next time I pass by.)

As for the back story, I don't know that either. I know that Ms Anne was very sick, and that's why they closed in the first place.
