If he hit her while drunk and high, while horrible (And I do support the sentancing) I would not be calling for his head due the fact that I undertand kids make mistakes. While I don't "forgive" drunk drivers, I can understand where someone would make a mistake. What I can not even begin to comprehend is why he would actually promote this event on his myspace page. Is being more "true to the game" really worth kicking someone when they are down? Does your friend feel no remorse for the innocent people he hurt? He doesn't seem to. Neither does his family. The only one who is saying they do is the lawyer and thats because he is being paid to say that. That is why we are calling this kid out as a piece of crap.

As for laying off the "chronic" and "leave stoners alone". Coming from me, TOWELIE (The biggest marijuana advocate on this board), SHUT UP SHUT UP SHUT UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You "stoners" "chronic guys" are our the biggest problem when it comes to decriminalizing it. Your the equivalant of someone back during prohibition claiming to legalize alcohol, only to be the guy that passes out and throws up all over the speakeazy's. You and your friends SUCK. I write letters to legislators and Supreme Court Judges every year, attend NORML meetings, work a full time job, pay my taxes, sweep my street clean, volunteer when I can, and basically just trying to show that we can be productive members of society only to have all my work thrown back into my face by morons like you. Your the reason we have such a hard time convincing our lawmakers to bring about legislation. You and your friends act like morons, and you ruin it for the rest of us. Posting pictures bragging about "smoking pot" only makes you look like a self centered idiot. My acquaintances and I smoke quite often but we never "brag" about it or make it public. Why do you? To show your so cool because you "get high"? Seriously? Get real, Grow up, or shut up. Here is NORML web site.

http://norml.org/

I suggest you read up on your little hobby and realize how you and your friends help to contribute to false presentations attributed to it. Its people like you and your friends that make people think pot smokers are "lazy and stupid". I just wish those people knew you and your friends were "lazy and stupid" before you smoked pot.

As for "laying off pot smokers", once I grew up and learned from experience, I realized that the police in this city actually do "lay off pot smokers." They only go after the idiots that flaunt it in the face of the law. Basically, if you respect the police, they will respect you.

And lastly, I just want you morons to know one thing, when you get busted, ITS NOT THE POLICE OFFICERS FAULT!!! Don't scream "F U Pig" if you get caught smoking up. Its not the officers fault weed is illegal, its our legislators. Scream "F U Supreme Court/Congress" if you have a problem. Me and most other respectfull pot smokers would actually prefer not to have the police pick and choose what laws they enforce. I want them to enforce the law. If I get busted, I will respect that the man is just doing his job. Its the law they have to enforce that has to be changed, not them. Quit giving the rest of us a bad name.
Law never made men a whit more just; and, by means of their respect for it, even the well-disposed are daily made the agents of injustice. - Henry David Thoreau

Please don't take this as a defense for people who drive while intoxicated.

Don't beat up MizFormaldehyde, from the looks of her homepage it appears that her future merely beholds bastardized babies, addiction, and toothlessness while living with the folks in sofilly.

So, did anyone send this page to the news or the DA yet? I'm sure our local fox morning news would eat this up since they've recently aired similar stories.

Fox29 already featured the myspace page 2 or 3 days ago and it was a Daily News cover story as well.

Towelie, a lot of Italian surnames come from places, but not most of them.
