John Train is a folk-rockin' Philadelphia six piece who have somehow outlasted the "alt-country" scare of the mid-90s. They recently released their fourth long-player, Mesopotamia Blues, whose anti-war message has won them new fans from Feastersville to France

THE HOPPIN' JOHN ORCHESTRA

A post-modern, New Orleans-style brass band.

All events are FREE. Bring your own chair or blanket. Gold Star Park is located on Wharton Street, between 6th & 7th Streets. Each event is subject to change; cancellation may occur due to severe weather and will be posted on the bulletin board in the park. This is an all-volunteer, neighbor-run series.
